We would like to draw your attention to an upcoming change concerning AutoDNS system messages: 

On November 7, 2017, we will change the email address of the envelope sender for AutoDNS system responses.

What this means for you:
If you filter emails from AutoDNS or process them automatically, we kindly ask you to check your configurations and, if necessary, to update the filters of your mail server and other applications you use. 

We recommend you to add the new email addresses to your systems and filters already now. Thus, you make sure that all messages will continue to reliably be delivered and processed without delay after the adjustment.

At "Premium Domains" in our AutoDNS web interface you can use the new "Premium Domain Check" to query the prices for premium domains individually.
You can also check the prices for existing premium domains in your portfolio.

We now offer you a new EPP interface.
This means that all domain-relevant transactions can be carried out according to the known Extensible Provisioning Protocol.
This makes implementation easy by using schema files.

  2017-09-05 - New comment functions for domains, zones and handles

The AutoDNS webinterface now allows you to create a separate comment for each domain, zone and contact handle.
The comment can be set during an update via the button "Edit comment".
The domain comments are also displayed directly as invoice comments in your domain invoice, making it easier to identify your cost centers.

  2017-07-25 - New function "Resend this Request" in Request Log.

In the Request Log failed jobs can now be sent again.
The request which is to be sent can also be edited before being executed again.

2017-07-15 - Extension of Individual Price List

The Individual Price List now also shows all Premium Price Classes.
You can get an overview in the new tab "Premium Price Classes".
The new tab "Optional Services" shows the prices for additional services we offer.

The Individual Domain Price List now shows promotional offers first.
You will see the promotional price and the standard price.
In addition there is a new "Info" Button that will show the promotion period and also all TLD conditions.

The new tab "Optional Services" shows prices for all non domain related services.

2017-07-04 - Extension of Newsletter Contacts in the User Profile.

The User Profile tab „Newsletter“ has been extended.
From now on, you can also define the type of newsletters as well as additional newsletter contacts.
There are separate Newsletters for Pricing Information, Product News and Industry News.

2017-07-03 - DomainSafe improvements

The DomainSafe offers comprehensive protection of your domains, zones and contacts against unwanted changes.
Corresponding orders must always be authorized with an additional PIN and a TAN which is sent by SMS.
From now on all TLDs that can be ordered with InterNetX can be placed in the DomainSafe.
This ensures optimal protection of your valuable and business-relevant domains.

The DomainSafe can now be ordered online at "Optional Services". No more faxing is required.
Activation is now free of charge. Re-validation is now also free of charge.

The monthly price per domain is 0,29€ (additional VAT might apply).

Automated Restore available

Restores for .NL and .EU are now fully automated and no longer require manual interaction from our support team.

Important change to DNS validation for SSL certificates


The DNS validation process for domain-validated certificates by Symantec/Thawte/GeoTrust will be revised from today on. Until now the CName for the domain had to be set in order to enable automatic SSL certificate issuance.
Now a TXT entry is necessary in order to complete the validation.

In case you use our name servers, no further steps are required. We have changed the system and will set all new entries automatically. There is no action required on your part.

Extension of the user profile with new settings for System Notifies

In the new "System Notifies" tab of the user profile, you can now choose whether you want to receive the confirmations of your orders via email or polling.

In addition, the "Subuser notification" feature allows you to receive a copy of all transactions of your subusers.

Nodesecure - new record type

Nodesecure now allows CAA records.

Simplified ownerchange procedures and automated restores

These TLDs now allow ownerchanges without costs, a regular update is possible to change the domain owner:

The number of available TLDs has been massively expanded.

The DomainSafe now supports all new gTLDs.

From now on, the additional column "Cancelation" is available in the Domain Management overview.

You can add this column if necessary to see which domains have been canceled.

Thawte SSL123 Wildcard now available

With the Thawte SSL123 Wildcard certificate we are able to offer you an inexpensive domain validated certificate that can be verified via email, DNS or file authentication. The price for the SSL Wildcard certificate can be found in the price list within the SSL Manager below.
