# Processing Transfer-Out Jobs
## Transfer-Out with Registrar Involvement (gTLDs, .de)
This is also the process for internal transfers.

| 3 | Workflow A: With user intervention

| 3 | The system sends a notification about the final status of the transfer. | S0106 E0106 |
| 4 | Workflow B: Automated process that takes place when the domain holder does not agree to the transfer or the transfer was unsuccessful (E0106)
AutoDNS automatically sends a response (S1403006 Reminder) indicating that a reaction to the transfer request must be made.

| 5 | After the transfer has been completed, AutoDNS sends a reply to the former domain holder with the final status of the transfer (e.g. for .de, 1403008). Depending on the TLD, an AUTOACK or AUTONACK is sent. For gTLDs, an AutoACK is generally sent. | 1403008 Transfer-AutoACK

### Transfer-Out without Registrar Involvement (.eu, .at)
