# Subject alternative name object

## Description

The _SubjectAlternativeName_ Object can be used to protect additional domains with one certificate.

The _SubjectAlternativeName_ Object is only required if the respective certificate product supports SANs.

## Structure

| name | name | 0 - 1 | string |  | The name of the SAN. |
| sslCertificateId | ssl\_certificate\_id | 1 | number |  | Id of the certificate this SAN belongs to. |
| free | free | 0 - 1 | boolean |  | Defines whether the san was free or not. |
| appoverEmail | approver\_email | 0 - 1 | integer |  | The confirmation email address for the SAN. |
| orderId | order\_id | 0 - 1 | string |  | The order number of the SAN. |
| type | type | 0 - 1 | object | SanType | Type of SAN certificate.<br>Possible values:<br>• FQDN<br>• SUBDOMAIN<br>• WILDCARD |
| updated | updated | 1 | string | date-time | Date of the last update. |
| created | created | 1 | string | date-time | Date of creation. |
