## Eligibility & Restrictions

Strict Norwegian presence required. Organisations: must be registered in Norwegian Central Coordinating Register with Norwegian organisation number AND Norwegian postal address AND documented activity in Norway. Maximum 100 domains per organisation. Individuals (priv.no): 18+, Norwegian National Registry, Norwegian ID number, Norwegian postal address. Limit: 5 domains per individual.

1 year (subscription model with tacit or manual renewal).

## Transfer Procedure

Transfer code (AuthInfo) from current registrar OR one-time code emailed directly to subscriber. Current registrar must assist within 5 working days at no charge. Transfer resets expiry date (new expiry = 1 year from transfer date; unused period forfeited).

## Registrant Change

Change of subscriber: registrant gets new creation date AND new expiry date. New subscriber must meet all eligibility requirements and sign Applicant's Declaration.

## Renewal & Deletion
